The Company is a procurement organisation, maintaining effective, efficient and economical arrangements for the supply of goods, supplies, materials, works and services, by providing excellent quality, service and competitive prices, whilst optimising the Profits available for distribution to its Shareholders.

The YPO Procurement Holdings Company is a Limited company ‘arm’ of YPO

Meetings/ Time Commitments

Board Meetings are held at least twice per year, usually after the YPO Management Committee.
