PURPOSE

Place, Regeneration and Housing Committee is a thematic, decision-making committee which:

Makes decisions about Non-Mayoral Functions relating to place, regeneration and housing on behalf of the Combined Authority, and

Advises the Combined Authority and the Mayor.

ROLE/EXPECTATIONS OF REPRESENTATIVES

To attend formal committee meetings to consider items relating to the work of the Committee.

MEETINGS/TIME COMMITMENT

There are usually three meetings per year.
