Outside body

PURPOSE

A thematic, decision-making committee which makes decisions about financial, resources and corporate matters, and advises the Combined Authority and the Mayor on such matters. 

This includes:

Overseeing the budget preparations.

Monitoring the financial strategy.

Approving corporate projects.

Considering any significant corporate strategies.

ROLE/EXPECTATIONS OF REPRESENTATIVES

To attend formal committee meetings to consider items relating to the work of the Committee.

MEETINGS/TIME COMMITMENT

There are usually 4 meetings per year.
