Description

Purpose

To continue to permit the land containing 1.132 hectares or thereabouts, situated at Almondbury in the County of West Yorkshire, together with the buildings, to be appropriated and used for the purposes of the King James’ School.

 

To provide items, services and facilities for King James’ School or to assist in the provision thereof, as may be agreed with the School Governors, to advance education.

 

To promote the education and/or award grants to any young person under 25 living in the Ancient Parish of Almondbury, in such charitable ways as the Trustees think fit.  

 

The charity operates for the benefit of children and young people in the ancient parish of Almondbury.

 

Period/Term of office

4 years

 

Meetings/time commitment

5 meetings per year, starting at 6pm at the School premises

 

Membership

Should be an Elected Member with knowledge of the local area
