Most agenda items will be considered in public session, however, it shall be advised whether the Committee will consider any matters in private, by virtue of the reports containing information which falls within a category of exempt information as contained at Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

To consider the re-appointment of Committees and Panels for the 2024/2025 Municipal Year.

Members are informed that it is proposed that arrangements for representation of political groups on the Panels listed below should not be in accordance with the requirements of Sections 15 and 16 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989, but as set out in the Agenda of the Meeting of Annual Council held on 22 May 2024.

This Notice is given in accordance with the Section 17 of the 1989 Act and Regulation 20 of the Local Government (Committee and Political Groups) Regulations 1990. The proposal shall require approval, with no Member of the Council voting against.
