Contract for the Managed Service Provider for Temporary Staff

Decision to award a corporate contract for the managed service provider for temporary staff.

 

As per the Procurement Strategy, a further competition has been undertaken via lot 1 (Managed Service for Temporary Recruitment for Local Authorities) of the YPO Managing Recruitment and Resourcing framework agreement to appoint a managed service provider for temporary staff.

 

The Contract Award is based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.  The evaluation criteria used to evaluate the bids received is 50% Price / 40% Quality / 10% Social Value.

 

The outcome of the procurement resulted in a call off contract being awarded to Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd

 

The contract will commence on 4 April 2025 to 3 April 2027 with provision to extend for a further two 12-month periods, to 3 April 2029.
